I have a couple of rooms to go before the entire house has Philip HUE bulbs everywhere.

Wanting to finish the house with any HUE bulbs people have.. (Starter Packs/Single ones etc)

I have 25 of them so far in the house (Straight from Apple in the UK, NZ, Off trademe etc ) and none of them have broken yet ( I wouldn't expect them to break before 10-15 years of usage.)

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

I just have my lounge done. Thought I'd do the whole house eventually but haven't bothered as yet. Absolutely superb product.

Agree with above it would cost a small fortune!!

Does the app work through the cloud only (i.e. you have to be connected to the Internet) of can you control lights via HUE app within closed LAN?
How does that work - scenario: wife dimms and switches lights via iPad and then I am going to the kitchen in the middle of the night and I do not have iPad or reading glasses with me - and normally would feel-touch the switch to turn the lights on - but wait, those were dimmed and I can't - what do I do?

I was looking at them at the wholesaler when I was there the other day - so far I've resisted the temptation to buy any WiFi lightbulbs because I know I'll then have to kit out the whole house like you've done!

Wholesaler for the HUE?  I find it annoying that Philips aren't selling these through the normal electrical or even lighting stores after this long.
I have done the lounge and kitchen need to do office and bedroom but cost is always a factor.
I've also put in a couple of the Hue Tap switches (imported from US Apple store), they work well and required for WAF.
