My graphics card died, and looking to get an equivalent to replace it. Looking for something equivalent to the RX6600 and thought I would ask here if anyone had a spare after upgrading that I could buy off them.

Much prefer to buy from Geekzoners. Thought I would ask before heading off to Trademe.

Many thanks

I've been thinking about upgrading mine to an Intel Arc B580, how much are you happy spend?

At around $560 I may just go straight to an Intel Arc B580, probably a better alternative as secondhand 6600 probably around half of that cost

Yeah you're probably looking in the $250-$300 range for a used RX6600, so a new B580 might be a good option at around +20-30% performance and the added benefit of 12GB of VRAM. What CPU are you running in the system? That might become the bottleneck if the system is older...

Remember you need ReBAR support for Intel cards to not get a performance impact. The cards themselves are fine on pcie4 x8

Just be aware you may need to do googling and keep on top of drivers updates if you play a variety of games, compared to nvidia/amd having support out of box in majority of cases.

Thanks all , the system the card will be going into is:

CPU Ryzen 9 3900X

Motherboard Gigabyte X570

So hopefully the B580 will fit right in

The B580 should pair nicely with that system!  :-)
