My parent is trying to make a phone call from his 2D prepay mobile to an international landline and is having a weird issue where the line we're calling can hear us but we can't hear them. Calling between our VOIP number to theirs works OK. Any ideas? We've tried restarting his phone (iPhone 15) but it doesn't help either.
