wongtop: I'm on a legacy plan. I guess this doesn't apply to the legacy plans and just makes the new plans that little bit more tempting.
Graymond: It's going to cost $70 to down grade, current $59 plan 210 + 100 mins, 1Gig of bonus data and texts, good for another 13 months,
but I would have gone for the $49 carry over plan had it not been for the penalty payment.

lchiu7: Alas no good for me. I am on a legacy $39 plan with 1G of data. I regularly bump up against that limit each month so there would be little to carry over. And the $39 carryover plan only offers 750MB of data so that's even more restricted.
