I suspect once 100% of customers are moved across to the Vocus network then all customers could get Hyperfibre. Until then, I presume to keep things simple they've opted for not allowing existing customers to move just yet.

This however doesn't stop you from moving to Orcon which is the same provider still.

We have a start date of 18 August. I assume we'll be getting an install booking for that date? What did yours say?

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

I didnt want to start a new thread...

Just noticed 2Degrees advertising this..

"Prime Gaming

Your subscription also comes with Prime Gaming benefits including free games, free in-game content, and a free Twitch.tv subscription."

I am a Twitch.tv  user and didnt realise I had to pay for a subscription. I thought its free, and you actually pay to sub to each performer.

Am I wrong?

Prime Gaming gives you one free Twitch channel subscription per month, not a sub to Twitch itself (which is free, yes). You can change the channel you sub to monthly, it's some sort of monthly credit you can use.

Hey Jan,

We only have one flavour of Hyperfibre ONT that we are currently using, the Nokia XS-250WX-A, so hopefully we installed one of those :)

Got a call on Thursday from Chorus, saying an appointment was freed up for next Wednesday arvo. So we're confirmed a month earlier. Anyone know if they also install the new modem on behalf of 2 Degrees or will it just be the new ONT?

Our techs don't carry rsp supplied CPE,so it will just be the ONT install. Your current one should work in the meantime (albeit at symmetrical gig) until you new one arrives from 2D (hopefully it comes soon!)
