laugh2: I'm in the process of getting UFB and had all sorts of difficult with the Tripleplay 150 configured "straight of the box". At Slingshot's suggestion (to solve a different problem) it was connected to the copper DSL line (the UFB isn't connected yet).

Symptoms
In particular we couldn't send emails, couldn't do online banking, and Google maps would crash/crawl/give blank pages. In general it appeared that https connections were very unstable, as noted by others.

A Few Days Later ...
Unfortunately the solution I described above does not appear to be stable. It worked for a day or so then reverted to the familiar problems of the https pages crashing or freezing very soon after entering the username and password of sites e.g. email, on-line banking, trademe, etc. Pity.

Netcomm NF4V will do the phone as well as internet. Worked well for me.

I think they now supply the NF4V but I have been unable to get mine to do the phone side, so am stuck with the TP. SS were quite useless in helping me get the NF4V set up

I'll need to check when I'm at home - I'd be very grateful for any help with trying to get this to work and it is a job I have been putting off. It all works perfectly except the VOIP won't enable

Yep the NF4V is what we are supplying for all Fibre connections now.

Strange, because the support person I spoke to about a month ago didn't seem to have heard of the NF4V and wasn't willing/able to be of much assistance in setting it up

Do you have a provisioning process that can configure the settings for VOIP remotely? I've tried to map them across from the TP, but it's not an exact match and I can't get it to work? Or is there some other authentication process for VOIP that is stopping my privately sourced NF4V from connecting the VOIP line?

It's an option if you are having issues with your TripplePlay. What's the problem?

Can you supply the NF4V to those of us that have had issues with the TP150? I replaced ours long ago but when I leave the flat, I'd like to leave behind a router that works properly

I am a Slingshot customer of 10 years and have had the TriplePlay 150 for about 18 months on Fibre.
How can I have the TipplePlay 150 exchanged for the NF4V?
