We still use a landline and it will cost an extra $15/month if I join separately and not get the auto move from MR to 2D. MY have said we will still be charged the same as usual.

Well it may be an omen, but I called the 2d business line at the start of August to find answers about some points (some of which are raised here) and it took 18mins on hold just to get a human, and then it was obviously not a technical person. Had it been MR, I would have got through to someone who knows someone, and almost immediately, especially if it was following up an problem…
2d claim that business customers have priority support.!????

I thought My Republic ditched their phone support a few years ago?

Nope, I don’t know exactly when, but I spoke to a technician for an issue, on the business support line, mid 22. His name was Luke.

I think that businesses can still ring in but home users can't.

I missed that post from Sounddude, so wonder how many took up his offer?

I haven't heard any more since original email advising of 2D takeover. Just waiting to see what happens and hoping it doesn't all turn to the brown smelly stuff.

These are my speedtests below, all around 300 down on my republic and significantly slower after transfer to 2degrees (yes I rebooted everything).

And what do you get over a LAN connection? Speedtests over wifi generally aren't much use.

Those tests are run on the router, results viewed in the app, sorry for any confusion.

Surely as a comparison pre and post a change without any hardware changes they would be a pretty good indication of how the change went?

After MR to most ISPs, there are adjustments to our routers to align with 2D. Do they give assistance for this?

Have read up changes and seem fairly easy - I have an Asus RT-AX5400
