We still use a landline and it will cost an extra $15/month if I join separately and not get the auto move from MR to 2D. MY have said we will still be charged the same as usual.

I think that businesses can still ring in but home users can't.

I haven't heard any more since original email advising of 2D takeover. Just waiting to see what happens and hoping it doesn't all turn to the brown smelly stuff.

After MR to most ISPs, there are adjustments to our routers to align with 2D. Do they give assistance for this?
Have read up changes and seem fairly easy - I have an Asus RT-AX5400
