Already know that Vodafone, Telecom and 2 Degrees don't add GST to zero-rated charges so I thought he was referring to Slingshot billing.

Anybody erroneously charged 15% on top of their SMS donations should be receiving an email today apologising and outlining the incoming credit.

Sorry for any stress!

Hey thanks for that. Good job. And as I requested via Twitter I hope that someone can review my original phone call with a call center team leader (I can provide the name if required) because the way it was dealt with only served to inflame the situation IMO.

Didn't need to have come to this.

I've always felt bad for those with Slingshot that don't have the confidence to query their billing and it's really on their behalf that I pursue a lot of these things.
