FireEngine: Yep all alleged and hinges on "knowing" I think...but others will fight over that I'm sure.
It's an ancient issue. It's the same problem that happened with companies selling applications and hardware which could copy copy-protected commercial software back in the days of the Apple ][ and Commodore 64. The company making it can claim all they like that they are "just providing a service" and "what the customer does is not in our control" ... but it's a load of garbage by greedy people who simply want to make money and don't care about the consequences. They're also usually the first people who would start jumping up and down when someone else copies their stuff.
No doubt there are idiots in companies that make guns claiming "we didn't know people would use them to kill things". :-\
