YJ:
billgates: My 200/20 service is now up and running with Snap as well. Upgraded from 100/50 from Snap. Great service from Ralph/Snap throughout the upgrade process. Now to wait till 18th to have my billing date reset and have unlimited data.

how did you test the speed? I tested my 100/20 through wifi, it always goes up to 65/19 or similar on ipad and 55/15 on Android phone, I would guess if i tested on wired ethernet cable will be better.

never expect your full speed over wireless.

Wireless is a conveyance feature and is affected by so many variables.

FWIW, 802.11ac in nearby locations should be able to do 200 megabit.  Even on a tablet.

Most phones and tablets are single-stream, but single stream performance has massively been improved on 802.11ac.

Just out of interest.
What are your guys values for these? On FB > Internet > Account Information > Down the bottom - Connection Settings.

Mine are -

I'm on a 200/200 connection. Might change the downstream but not sure if it makes a difference as I am getting ~ 200 MB.
