I was sent a Tripleplay 150 (I had signed up a couple of weeks ago). Is there any way I can change this for the NF4V?
It's an option if you are having issues with your TripplePlay. What's the problem?
I had not requested for 1 and it was sent by mistake. I have called up Slingshot (yesterday) and told them they sent it to me by mistake and charged me as well. The person at the call centre said they will send a return bag and I can send it back in.
But since you guys are now supplying NF4V (which seems to be quite a decent option for a modem), I would be ok with being supplied the modem from Slingshot
