Changed from OLD $89 to OLD $39 - its rolled over and I kept minutes (Woot as over 2000) but I see they gave me a 1g pack on the first day of the new "OLD $39 plan" at $0.00 which is fine but it never did that on old $89 plan, it was just there. Been and checked the old bills online and cant see it ever adding a 1g pack.
Is that how it worked for everyone on the OLD $39 or should I call them just in case. Only other thing was day it rolled over I showed as having 2g to use (which seemed wrong) and next day show as 1g (which seems right).

To me it looks like it is behaving normally. On the rollover day I often see the remnants of my previous allowance plus my new allowance (e.g. 200 bonus minutes instead of 100 as well as my remnant data plus my new data). Never tried to use it all though.
So do those people who sign up to the new plans get automatically get updated to revised carryover minute ones in 6 months or whenever they are updated? Or are they stuck on today's offerings for their contract length?

If you're on an existing 12 or 24 month term Pay Monthly plan, on expiry you will automatically be transferred to the equivalent Carryover Minute plan.
If you're on a non-term, month by month, plan nothing changes. You can choose to remain on that plan with the existing T & C's or move over to a new plan.
Also, with regards to the 1GB now showing as 1GB Pack, this is normal and part of our revised billing. It gives you better visibility on what's on your account.
