Again, for clarity - we have been open and honest about our use of this appliance (the explination has been on our website for more than 18 months), and it has been running for some time now, including a significant period of time before we were acquired by Kordia.
So this is all well and good, but when can we expect a resolution? I just want to be able to play my games again, and Orcon support continually steps around the subject. I too have transferred serveral customers to Orcon, I fear they will change to orcon+ plans and blame me!
