c0ld: Strange the site code is licenced as VWTH. In a previous post I saw it mentioned MoRAN sites began with V although understand it may not be a hard rule.

Yep and another indicator is that the site name starts with S_which is common to all the other MoRAN deployments (and never used for native). My bet is that it's MoRAN. Perhaps someone can swing by the Waiatarua tower to have a look-see? I could pop up myself over the next few weeks and take a photo to compare to one I've taken years ago when VF was the only cellular carrier on the tower.
