@JayADee hmm weird, I had a pretty good look through the T&Cs and can't find anything that would exclude you.

I mean, even if you check the 2d SuperGold site it shows $70/m, and checking on the normal broadband page it currently at $75/m.

Might be worth calling the 0800 number, maybe their automated system is broken.

Or maybe @SarahRykers could shed some light on what's happening here? 🤞

Not sure. I emailed just now. I tried the form again and it said we were already registered or something to that effect when I hit the submit button.

I'm hoping they're going to extend that sign up deal at $65 for 12 months. It ends about a month before my contract is up.

edit: been with Snap since 2012. Then they changed names to 2degrees. Weren't they called something else before Snap?

I think Snap was a merger of NetAccess and some other outfit. That would have been at least 15 years ago.

I signed my folks up for the discount while they were under contract @JayADee

I can't remember what notifications they got for it, but it shows the discount in their account under the "additional services & discounts" area

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Definitely not there. I might ring their 0800 number in the morning if they haven’t gotten back to me by email by then.

Aw sweet! Got a call back and I'm stoked to have renewed for another 12 months and got my seniors' discount applied.

Adding another year to my long association with this company.

Thanks @SarahRykers and @quentinreade
