For me it would be because they let it get to that point in the first place and wouldnt let customers know what the issue was.

I think they may have suffered a few "growth pains" earlier, their performance improved more recently and they have maintained that level of consistency - we have not published due to the sample size but here is the November 2016 median hourly results for each of the probes we have - the grand total is pretty good from a ToD variation PoV:
