My Genius only got 300kB/sec, used to be 550+ ?
I test in speednet without any background downloading.

Orcon dont actively monitor this site every day so probably best to contact them via Twitter (@Orcon) or call them.

However, if you are able to post your line stats from your router, someone here will probably be able to offer some advice :)

I see alot of CRC and HEC errors in the pic that could indicate a wiring problem somewhere

The fastest speed you can possibly get from your connection is just under 2.5Mbps due to your ADSL sync stats being so low.

As pointed out above the first thing to do is check your wiring and advise whether you're inside a 10Mbps zone or not, the Chorus SAT will tell you that.
