When I got connected up with UFB one of the techo's said once I was uflly disconnected from Copper I could connect up my Genius into the nearest jack point and it would back feed the rest of them in the house. Would that really work?

I have never heard anything like this before, but when I think about it, it should work. It would act like another handset on the phones.

Read right through it, the conclusion was that if your copper line has truly been disconnected (this is important), then you can simply grab a BT to RJ11 cable (the sort of cable that you would have used to plug your old phones or DSL modem into a phone jack), plug one end into the FXS output of the genius and the other end into your phone jack - this will connect all of the phone jacks in your house to the genius

I do this all the time for N-DSL plus VoIP. Make sure the copper is definitely cut though.

Just make sure you follow the REN figures on your phones (the REN figure is on the phone or Telepermit website) as the vast majority of ATA's are around 3 which is well under what a NEAX provides.

N-DSL is that Naked DSL? Isn't that coming across Copper anyhow?

Yes. But you need to ensure your local phone jacks are fully isolated from the incoming DSL otherwise you'll be causing massive degredation to your DSL signal.

With no disrespect to you if you're going to ask such questions you probably should get an expert such as coffeebaron in to do the job for you.
