I recently switched from a UFB 30/10 Plan to the 100/50 speed plan.
It was scheduled to be done on my next billing cycle, but I received a txt message from Orcon about a week earlier that it had already been done.
Since then "My Orcon" did not show any data usage for four days. That's 'upload' and 'Download' and 'Upload + Download' being empty.
Additionally, I received a proactive call from Orcon Assurance advising that they had seen no data and also had a number of users lose connectivity after moving plans.
More recently the "upload" column is not showing anything but the 'download' and 'upload + download' sections are showing and are the same as each other.
