I have given up emailing and calling the support team , nothing seems to happen. Hopefully some one from Orcon will see this here .
Anyway since i signed up i have had disconnection problems (fibre - unlimited) , every morning i have to reboot the router and most evenings. It seems like the router at the other end just starts dropping my connection, when i reboot i get a new ip and all is going again for another 12 hours or so, i can also do a dhcp release and renew to get it going again. Can someone from Orcon please look into this.
