Hi I have been locked into a 24 months contract with Snap and apparently I am very happy with Snap.
The story is I have sold my current property mean I will need to terminate (or either put on hold) my current connection when i move out from this property.
I have not know where will i moving to and probably I will probably be flatting with someone else before I secure to purchase my new house.
So I wonder if Snap can put my account on hold for let say 2 or 3 months and then i will reconnect my service into a new address? I am happy with the service and i $499 is quite a bit to pay because i will connect to Snap again in new address anyway.
Thank you

Roy
