I am on prepay standard plan which entitle 300 free text per $30 top up. I topped up $30 2 days before my $10 text plan expire. 2D not only did not automatically add 300 text, it automatically deduct $10 for my $10 txt plan 2 days prior.

As I did not intend to renew my plan, I called. The CS said 2d will one time return my $10. As if it is a big favour. I told CS nicely no favour needed, just rightly mine.

For those out there still on the old plan, make sure u still get your free text.

Hi jsdad

Please can you PM me your number (plus 4 digit PIN for authentication) so we can look into this for you.

Prepay Standard customers should get 300 free texts for 30 days if they top-up $30, 400 for $40 and 500 for $50 - here's more details - Prepay Standard pricing

Value packs, including the $10 Text Pack keep their original subscription start and expiry dates unless you stop them.  If you didn't have enough credit for it to auto-renew, then topped-up 2 days after it expired it would kick back in but the expiry date will be the same.

Value packs are kept on hold for 14 days after expiry, if you top-up in that time it will auto-renew and your subscription is back on.

Cheers
^POB
