Over a week ago that stopped... My connection now struggles to stream a single medium quality (480p) stream without buffering.
I can stream 4K video from YouTube with no buffering what-so-ever... (I'm assuming this is because YouTube servers are closer?)
speedtest.net:

From the speed tests it looks like my upload is performing about as expected but my download is falling off really poorly the further it goes out.
As a comparison here is a speed test I did to Los Angeles last year while I was on the 100 Mbit Snap Plan:

My plan is 200/200 UFB.
I have a FritzBox 7360
I live in Christchurch
I contacted Snap, sent speed tests, trace routes and tried different things but its been over a week and I have had no help/response.
I called Snap and referenced the following thread to Snap which describes (as far as I can tell) the exact same problem I'm experiencing:
http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=90&topicid=157397
Two people in this thread said they had the problem resolved by switching to the Fritz 7490.
Snap replied that there is a known problem with the Fritz 7390 but because I have the 7360 it doesn't apply.
Other things I've tried:
- Powering off all other computers and running isolated speed test.
- Rebooting Fritzbox and the Fibre box.
- Fritz box is running latest firmware.
- Tried all different times of the day (Its not a peak time related issue).
I don't know what else to try? Please help.
