Does any one know of Slingshots senior teams response team?
Our household (not mine) has had a case logged with them 3+ times but they have not contacted us, and general slingshot support staff refuse to conference us to them. They also refused to get a team leader on the line.
We've had a complaint with them for 21 days and counting. Really if it was me I would have cut the tubes a long time ago but the users of the internets are attracted to the low price but are less than happy with the non existant support provided.
