Hi it seems to be that our connection is down again...
I'm living in north shore and this is the second time with connectivity issue in a single month.
Is it just me?

I can confirm we're experiencing some issues in the Auckland area - our call centre is also experiencing audio problems with calls, and are under heavy load. We apologise for any inconvenience - our engineers are across it and working on it now.
