Hi all,

I made a stuff up porting my spark prepay to 2Degrees under my partners account.

I've somehow managed to port my number from my phone onto my partners phone and her number has gone into thin air. (the whole account now shows my number)

Thing is she's a self employed health professional and basically needs her number.   Has anyone had this happen to them and had success in getting it back?

The port happened today around 12ish, and the call to the call center was at 2 but she said she couldn't see the old number but has logged it with their next level support and I got given a 1-5 day time frame with no promises. or is there a better number to call instead of just the contact center 0800022022 as this is urgent as her clients can't contact her now.  I'm a bit in the **** at the moment haha I don't know if I want to go home tonight.

Cheers!

Just an update, I made 2 calls during the day and it felt like I got palmed off, then called from home after work and got through to someone who really seemed to understand the issue and resolved it in less than 5 minutes.   My number got ported to my new correct simcard (which is in the post) and my partners number got ported back to her simcard and started working instantly.

Definitely got through to the right person the 3rd time!

And the misses didn't kick me out of the house so all is well!
