We were migrated to the Orcon+ network in October. Everything went well for the first few weeks - great speeds and a rock solid connection. But now we are getting dropouts every couple of days, usually in the evenings and for periods from 30 mins to hours. Last night it dropped out at 5:30PM, and was still down this morning. Resetting the router doesn't work, and the diagnostics check usually finds no faults. I called their support this morning, was asked to reset the router and the Internet was back. (Don't you hate it when that happens!)
Anyone have any ideas/thoughts about this? We have a TP-Link wireless router (Broadcom chipset). I've tried an older router when the Internet is down, and it connects fine but still no Internet. So I'm guessing that the problem is at the Orcon end.
