Same problem in Palmerston North, naked DSL.
Restarted router and PPP connects but no action after that.

I see their website is back up, so maybe going again? (not at home now to test).

Looks like it was down for several hours, any chance of a MOTD please Snap people? It's always nice to know what's going on.

There was an issue this morning, I'll come back with more details when we are a bit quieter. There is an ongoing issue with some parts of the greater auckland region though.

Mine is back up and running (Palmerston North).
We also had an issue with our Telecom Private Office links at work... a big Telecom fault this morning apparently. Not sure if it's related.

Both issues have been resolved & everything should be fixed with a restart of the CPE. I apologize for any inconvenience caused to your early morning activities.

I'm not authorised to release the details until the incident reports have been completed, but I'll be back to update you all when I can.

Thanks for your patience and understanding :)

First time I have had an issue with Snap, have been really happy with them since I left World x change. Costs more but all are happy in my household.
