Mine never arrived. I got an email from them about a week after it had been shipped (supposedly) which gave me another email address where I could enquire and request another one if mine hadn't arrived. I sent an email explaining and waited 5 days and had no response, so I sent another. Still no response.

Any had any luck getting another one sent out?

$5 ? Dont you mean $2 ?
I got my free $2 one last week - another one for my wife should turn up today.
Got a text few days after I requested them to say they wouldnt arrive till around 22nd August, then another text to say theyd been shipped and to expect it any day now... very next day it was here.

if your sim hasn't arrived you should go to the lost sim website and they will try and track it down for you

http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/lost-sim (no idea how to make that a link sorry, mod can you help?)

Any posts are personal comments and not that of my employer

Never got my $5 one.
Failed in my quest to buy one at any retailer I was at who was supposedly selling them.
Got my $2 one last week in the mail.

I followed the steps on that website. I emailed them. But I haven't got any response. Should I wait longer?

I got my $5 one 2 weeks ago, like 3 days after launch? works well :) still have 4.80 worth of credit left on it

Might just be a delay from NZ Post, or missing in the post.....the fact they had "welcome to the new revolution" and a big 2 degrees on my blue envelope, worried me a bit about security

The address labels were a mess - look at this -

Thankfully the person re-posted it but I know most people dont bother and just chuck stuff out that comes incorrectly addressed.

IMO, if others have similar lables on their sims (I cant recall what my first ones looked like) then failure of delivery squarly lays at the feet of the programer that made that label printer.

Manukau City was called something like Manukau Urban. What's up with "urban" appended? The addresses definitely were not printed according to standard addressing practices, and I'm sure it would have been better/faster using a standard envelope size rather than oversize.

I got mine ~3 business days after the txt.
Label wasn't that convoluted, but it did say "Whangarei Urban"

My free chinwag pack today after talking to the 2degrees representative on this forum. Very good customer service if you talk to the right people!
