If anyone @ Callplus is out there I need your urgent help:
I am emailing you from gmail as we cannot get work email as according to you 0800 support number there is an "account issue" therefore we have been disconnected!
It may not be relevant, but I called 16/10 giving 1 months notice to cancel our broadband. On 5/11 I rang again to change the disconnection to 5/12/09. It had better not be anything to do with this.
We have rcvd NO NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION!
Would you pls investigate as a matter of urgency and ensure our service is restored ASAP. This is a business connection!
