Slingshot provide no real support for their VoIP platforms. If you need support my immediate response would be to move to a VoIP provider who does.

Look at my Linksys provisioning files and after you have used that you only need to enter 3 settings - the proxy, sip username and password.

PAP2 is pretty simple to setup, just dont choose any option that says you're behind a firewall. Set the SIP proxy to tg.italk.co.nz or and the id to your phone number 647xxxxxxx.
