Hi all,

With all the LLU going on these days I've been contacting the various ISPs to enquire what equipment they are using so that we (SnapperNet) can ensure optimal interoperability with the DrayTek products we represent in NZ.

Unfortunately, while the other providers have been forthcoming with this information, Orcon Support are claiming that it is "confidential information". Is someone from higher up the chain than an L1 support person able to contact me regarding this? Am more than happy to do whatever NDA is necessary (though I don't see why this should be confidential Undecided).

Additionally, if anyone is running a DrayTek modem on the Orcon+ network, I'd love to know how it's performing.

FYI, this isn't a response to a known issue with DrayTek/Orcon compatibility. Just being proactive!

I'm connecting to Orcon+ with a DrayTek Vigor 120. Have had absolutely no problems with it- never noticed a disconnection.
