Hey everyone, just a quick note to tell you we're now well over 600 submissions.

To those who think this is a total waste of time, well, I think it's all about self belief.  I do believe we can change the status quo.  I believe when people stand up with courage and passion, things really do change.

The day I think that we are powerless to change our situations will be the day I jump from the nearest bridge

Folks, it actually makes commercial sense for Sky to put Prime on Freeview.  There are now more than 226,000 households in NZ with Freeview.  I would guess a lot of those households don't have Sky.  If I was an advertiser, I would be pretty dissapointed that my product or service was not being marketed to 226,000 households.  Even if there were only two people in each household with disposable income, that's more half a million consumers.

It might not seem like it, but this whole movement is actually a vote of confidence in Prime.  It's telling Sky that there is an untapped market that wants their product.  A market that will create wealth for their advertisers.  And when it comes down to it, it's really their advertisers who are getting short-changed.

Anyway, keep the faith.  To those who have signed the petition, thank you - your effort counts and I won't rest until we get the outcome we're after.
