I'm running a Harmony One universal remote, I used the Logitech database entry for T2200 and tweaked a couple of buttons, I think just the back (loopy arrow) and the up/down arrows (not the four-way direction button, but the othe two arrows) to switch audio settings but mostly standard from the database.

mondograss: Hi Josh, I'm afraid the T2200 is going to be retired from duties for a while as we're still getting problems with jitter\noise\general crappiness etc. Once again it was during the last few minutes of Call the Midwife once it was overlapping with the recording of Love Child immediately afterwards. I'd disabled "Pause Live TV" last week (much to my wifes disgust) and now it only goes to crap on the end of the first recording rather than the start of the second as well (both used to be unwatchable until the first one had stopped). So luckily I was able to stop watching the recording of Midwife and switch over to the recording of Love Child to catch the bit of Midwife that'd been lost. But it is infuriating so we'll be going back to the MagicTV until you get this sorted. Be thankful my wife didn't chuck the T2200 out the window last night!

Yes we have the latest firmware and signal strength is 62% quality is 98%

Hi, Ii'm sorry about your experience with the T2200, we have been working hard to get new patch releases out. Focussing on bugs first then new features. I have passed these details on to the team regarding the recording aspect of this, but the report of jitter and noise of the unit, could you please Private Message me some info about this ? To determine if it's the individual unit itself playing up or not. Send through the serial number as well.

Jimmy22: pleased i helped you get half of it temporarily sorted, maybe forcing one of the programs to record on plus one ch would be an interim fix, although i can see the frustration . obviously getting magic tv to do record one of the programs would solve it also (while a fix is being sorted)  we seem to tax our machine a fair bit but no issue after disabling live tv .  signal 78% qual 98% also , seems like the processor is being taxed or HDD speed , input output ?  looks like a prime time to send the unit for a test while you use the magic, while the magic still works !

Josh , just a small thing to add to the perhaps diminishing pile ,  now we have the epic ability to sort series and hold the sort between sessions , how do i exit a series folder but return to the library ?  Exit takes me to Live TV , library button takes me to live tv .  Perhaps there needs to be a back step to library from the specific series folder , it has strangely come up quite often so far.  e.g. i find the series i want to watch an episode from i watch and then perilously delete it  , lol   . i dont want to watch two grotesque programs in a row so i then wish to go back to library to watch something funny or what ever but it kicks me to live tv instead of going back to folder view. what am i missing ?   I use the power of the box to skipp all adds , i dont watch live unless im super desperate.    Actually Mondograss, that could explain why i seem to have less issues than yourself , i am not tying up any tuner with double duty e.g. two channels on the same mux e.g. tv 1 record, tv2 live and tv3 record.   of course im not saying it Should be that way just that at present it Could be that way.

Have you tried using the back button to exit out of the episode lists of a series folder?

In regards to Mondograss if may be a unit playing itself which rarely happens with a solo unit so will get more info via the PM about this.

I'm not too sure if this is a Christmas Treat or not but here is the 2015/16 PDF Manuals on Preview Release for you to download: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B_k-CgRf1xjsNXhDaTBFVmNaQUU&usp=sharing

There is a few mistakes but it features more content than the initial release. Let me know what you think?

Thinking about picking one of these up today and I just have one question that I see has been asked a number of times but not sure if its been answered. Can anyone tell me how the box functions round side by side recordings on the same mux, i.e. one news followed by seven sharp, are there any issues with this?

Sorry for the late one, The unit can handle up to 4 offsets at the same time so there should be no change with back to back shows.
There will be no issues and everything should record fine.

Thanks guys. I worked out what I was doing wrong. I was looking up the device using 'Aerialbox' and couldn't find it.  Looking under 'Dish TV', I found it right away.

Got my new T2200 hooked up and running, recorded my first show. So far, so good. Must say though that I did have a trouble with the included remote, seemed like it was underpowered or something as it wouldn't always register button clicks. Harmony Elite is working great though.

Just witnessed something odd. Just a minute ago, just saw my T2200 (which isn't completely setup yet) boot up on it's own and then power down again.

Any ideas?

Did this happen when the TV was turning on or switching HDMI outputs? There is a few things that can wake this up, software check or booking list update. Let me know if this happens again at certain times.
