Hi Customers

A new update was rolled out last week, with it comes some improvements to the Fast Forward function for the key response.

Available now the OND server, when you reboot your T2200 and can request one on our website.

OND is a term we call our own update server based in Hamilton, it stores the latest updates and the receiver checks to see if there is a new version read to download.

Try rebooting the unit, otherwise turn on OND on boot in the schedule update settings

Yesterday I downloaded the update from your website and installed it - This downgraded me from 1.23 to 1.22. I then performed a manual update (network) and 1.23 was installed.

I have just confirmed that OND is enabled on the schedule update settings. Turned the unit off and on - no update was asked for. Did a manual update - told me that no update was found.  Can you tell me what version the new update is meant to be?

My unit seems to have picked it up automatically. V1.23 dated 14 Jan.

Josh, can you confirm if that is the latest update? If so, you had already had it installed.

The rewind is heaps better. It actually works.

Is that using a Harmony remote?

If so, reload the T2200 onto the remote. There was a fix that came out a while ago for the T2200 on a Harmony remote. It is not a DishTV issue.

Edit: Looking at your previous posts, it looks like this is with the supplied remote.

Josh, could it be a fauly remote? I know the Harmony originally did something similar, it seems that the T2200 needs a short signal, but the remotes tend to do a long one. I found my original remote was very touch. Press pause, and it would sometimes pause and play again.

or just add a delay to the programming of the reception of a command

is there the chance to add a feature that lets you resume the last playback position on USB or Upnp media? every other media player ive used has had this

V1.23, I will try and get the raw download image so you can install manually, I am not a web admin so can't update the site.
