Shines on UHF CH 25 in AKL but you need a non FV certified TV to pick it up..
old3eyes:yeah but Auckland is only one city in ALL of New Zealand. Anyone in New Zealand with a Satellite freeview receiver can get Shine TV. As you said available in Auckland with non FV UHF. Well the rest of the country will now have a Christian TV whether by UHF or Satellite instead of satellite only. There are people living south of Bombay hillsGilco2:BlueShift:yes another, maybe something decent will be on it. Check out my LPFM Radio Station at www.thecheese.co.nz - Now on iHeart Radio, TuneIn and Radio Garden
As per the usual std disclaimer.. "All thoughts typed here are my own."
Were suffering Shine and Beacon in Nelson wasting our bandwidth, and on Freeview approved gear too
KiwiNZ: Freeview is 'free view' they are entitled to create a channel, just as those who disagree with it are free not to watch it. If channels like
this are blocked, what next, Rugby channels, Cooking channels, Maori television?
A time-poor geek is hardly a geek at all
This argument would be fine if Freeview had an unlimited number of channels.
