Nice looking box.

PIty about two things from my POV.

1 - No Netflix, but I guess if Netflix approve it, it will be able to do it.

2 - Bluetooth remote - meaning Harmony cannot control it.

Depends which Harmony you've got.

The Harmony Elite does Bluetooth. I've got one paired up with a FireTV which also as a bluetooth remote. Works a treat.

Bluetooth is a bonus. Means the box can be hidden out of sight and often provides added functionality that can’t be controlled by IR.

I've been thinking, does this unit allow stream sharing over the network as commented earlier or does it allow other units to access the recorded TV?

How many recordings can it do at once?

Cheers.

The specs say Digital Tuners - 2x DVB-T/T2 and 4x DVB-S/S2

Looking at the specs it looks like they've ditched the crappy Freeview interface and EPG.

Some pictures of the EPG and how snappy it is would be great if possible.

The specs say Digital Tuners - 2x DVB-T/T2 and 4x DVB-S/S2

That doesn't answer the question. I'm asking in reference to being hooked up to terrestrial only.

Some have implied that it might be able to do more then one recording using one tuner on a mux, but until someone confirms, if anyone asks me on the street I'll say it's possible that it's only two recordings at once.

Response to ones that say how many programs record a week, it only takes two programs on at once, and an overlap of another program after - not all TV runs to schedule so usually need to add 5 mins to end of program.

Is Freeview going exclusive with this? Click on "Record" on their website and it only shows this and not the Panasonics.

What can you do to set the screen resolution, does it let you auto-passthrough or manually set resolution and Hz? Does it require a Google account for all updates?

Sorry I know it’s $440, I think it would sell better at $300-$340

It would probably sell even better at $99 eh. Hey - let’s go for $49 and really amp those sales.

Anyone found the source of this device, like on aliexpress or Alibaba or original model number?

Cheers
