Hi,

Im a TIvo user but ive now got a freeview recorder unit & so far im not impressed.

I've found 1 programme i want to record on my NEW freeview unit & apparently it was OK. ive found a 2nd programme but getting errors (Code -2)

Is there a website for these codes ?

Hi

You can try unplugging the power and plugging the power back in, if this does not fix the issue then you can call our tech line while in front of it on either 0800 347 488 or 07 929 4123
