I have a specific query.

We use Microsoft 365 for enterprise email.

We use a shared group email address. Customers email the shared email and any staff member can view and respond accordingly from either Outlook on a PC or from android/iOS phones.

Problem is:

Phone apps make it so easy to delete emails using simple gestures such as swipes. This gives rise to the risk that any staff member could accidentally delete an email via their phone before the email gets actioned.

So, I want to know if there is any way to deploy 365 shared email to staff phones, but specifically restrict their ability to delete mail via the phone. I can see how I can do this via Outlook on a PC, but not via a phone.

I though maybe MS Intune may be able to assist, but I couldn't find an answer to this specific query.
