freitasm: For those who uploaded a file, have you tried the link to the files? It seems they fail with "The file you are trying to download is no longer available."

Actually... Any file I upload shows up in the list, but once it's refreshed the files disappear.

Nope. None of the files I upload "stick". They show up in the list and then disappear.

I tested that functionality last night and it worked ok for me.

I think perhaps they are still having some load balancing issues.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Well, won't waste more time on this. It didn't work at launch, it doesn't work now.

/me shakes his head.

You understand this is a GLOBAL product right, and in terms of customers, we (NZ) can present at most maybe a few hundred thousand customers, 90% of whom won't pay, compared to Europe and the US where there are likely to be MILLIONS of Subscribers. Oh course they are going to bill in the currency of the largest customer base. Wouldn't you?

- Local currency
- USD
- Paypal

this is the first website ive ever seen charge in euros, most are USD (most of the asian website use USD etc), sure the USD dollar sucks right now, but it is the defacto standard, and easier to compare competitors to mega using the same currency (dropbox, google use USD).

Have you purchased much online before? Almost everything is charged in Euros or US dollars.

Because all software is written bug free and scales to more than a million members in a few days with no problems at all. I would have expected someone with your perspective to understand teething problems with new software better than most.

Given his record with the US government, I am not surprised at all he lists prices in euro's.

I just thought it was odd it was Euros, like I said first website ive ever seen to charge in Euros, everything I buy online is USD with the exception of GBP from amazon.co.uk (and hey notice how the .co.uk TLD tells you what currency they charge in, its like magic or something).

also services like rdio, itunes charge in your local currency.

just thought it was slightly annoying, having to pay an additional currency conversion fee.

but moving on
