I wonder if this forum is the right one to ask for some help with a bit of code I am only good with plugins!

It is the code for google custom search and I am putting in a WordPress site

 

I want to be able to have it centred and about half way down the page (just like google search)

All the divs are empty and aren't doing anything. I think you need to use CSS for this. Depends how the rest of the page is done.

I managed to do it using a plug and play thingy called elemantor in wordpress not perfect but getting there.
