I got the security update, then got the 4.2.2 update once I had restarted. On a Vodafone HTC One from Noel Lemmings.

Just received the OTA update and am now running Android 4.2.2 on my HTC One (vodafone)!

Very quick and easy process. Phone seems a bit snappier. Investigate the rest in the morning.

I've got the small update, but no 4.2.2 yet despite trying a restart.

Finally got it all setup how I wanted with Nova launcher, and then 4.2.2 arrives. Will switch back to Sense for a bit once I get it anyway to try out the new features

I'm on a custom ROM which has slightly different settings to stock but if I recall correctly it's found in Settings > Display & gestures

I've got the exact same setup as Vontysk, a NL ph used on Vodafone, but no 4.2 update yet. I got my phone quite late compared to most (a later batch of stock I think), so I suspect the roll out must be in waves based on the phone serial numbers.

Sumnerboy, the main update that I'm looking forward to in 4.2 is being able to use zoe without my dropbox being flooded with all of the component pictures :)

Thanks Brad. (I was going to say "thanks BS" but it didn't look right).

Settings > Display > Home Button - choose second radio button to toggle Menu option.

You are in the same boat as me. Each update is nearly half a gig and the same update package is for all of Australia as well as us. So because HTC has finite server resources we will just have to wait our turn. I'm just happy the rollout of 2.24.980.2 has begun.

I was lucky to get those two offered one after the other. First time, since in my Windows Phone days I was actually never offered ANY update, only getting those by manually forcing them when in theory the roll out had already finished...

I got the security update this morning, and upon restart I had the 4.2.2 update waiting for me. However Im at work and I dont have WiFi here, and the update is too large for me to do over data. Can it be downloaded onto a PC then transferred across, a la iPhone? I imagine I would have to use Sync Manager.

Are you talking about Blinkfeed? I'm fairly certain you can't remove/disable it but you can set a different screen as default. Alternatively install Nova Launcher which is very much like an enhanced stock Android launcher.
