No idea, but lots of people here run Doc_Rom v7.2. With the ext4 lagfix from the CWM rom menu it is very rare that the phone pauses/lags. Most people recommend a factory reset + wipe data before or after upgrading it also helps with speed.

yeah i ran that for a day didnt like it.. i actually have preference to the TW Launcher...

you can run it with TWLauncher if you wish, not sure if that was available on the version you tried. If you do try it again try the JPO version, then do a factory reset + wipe data, then add the medium +/- full package (to get TWLauncher) then add swipe then go to the CWM advanced features menu built into the rom and enable all of the tweaks and the advanced ext4 lagfix.

Don't enable the misc tweak. It's the 3rd one. That tweak seems to cause problems. All others have positive reports.

There was an option that enabled several tweaks with just one click, did that included the 3rd one. Do you know what the problems were?

I did them individually. Not sure what specifically but many people had problems and reported them in the forum. Doc & kalpik don't recommend the misc tweak.

The Misc Tweak caused issues with the Wifi but only on certain versions of the speedmod kernel. The latest speedmod kernel versions (K) don't have this issue.

Is version K now stable? I haven't checked up on the forum lately.

I put the lagfix No RFs advanced Ext4 on this morning. It seems to have improved the lag I was getting with swype but it's still not as good as it's been in the past. Will def upgrade to the latest Doc rom when home.

some people say that the JPA swype is faster than JPO swype because it's a later release. Also you can install JPA swype on JPO rom and vice versa. I installed the version with extra languages, so I don't know if it's JPO or JPA.

I'm using JPA it's the one with extra languages. I noticed that the EXT4 advanced lagfix is much faster than the JFS one and battery life might even be better. I still have concerns about battery usage when actually using my phone but the idle battery appears to be pretty good. I'm currently at 19h26m since unplugged with 1h21m of screen usage (74%) and 19h25m Cell standby (18%) and the battery is at 61%

I think maybe my phone uses huge amounts of battery when in use is due to the crappy reception in my area and juicedefender enabling data nonstop when the screen is on.

The K series of speedmod kernel is quite stable, well at least the 200hz one that I am using.
