Zub: Okay, my 4.2.2 update is available now and I'm downloading.
I pre-ordered mine from from Noel Leeming during the Easter sale, and picked it up I think in June (I believe it was the second wave of stock).
It was advertised as TelecomXT but I'm using it on Vodafone.

Just updated to 4.2.2 10mins ago ^^.  I'm so happy, and I got no issues so far either :D

The update just became available for me as well. Downloading now, I got mine from Telecom about 2-3 weeks ago.

Same here. After reading your post I checked mine and I am downloading it as I type!

Zub:
wlfkfgkwlaktka: Anyone experiencing red tint issue with camera like in the video below?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4p7a9tdNVYo
Just found out my camera is faulty..

Nope, mine seems okay (you just test it by using the camera in the dark right?). My camera image looks black when there's no light. I can kind of force the issue if there's just a little bit of very low light, but nothing like what the video shows.
If you're seeing that red tint, it's definitely a faulty unit.

are you on 4.1.2?
it happened to me after 4.2.2 now that i think about it

Wlfkfgkwlaktka, I can report that on 4.2.2 (software version 2.24.980.2) I'm not noticing any camera problems like the one demonstrated in the video. In very low light I can still force a grainy reddish tinge in some cases, but the camera does try to make it right if I give it a moment.

Update was waiting for me when I got home from work at 11.30 last night. The HTC servers must be under a bit of stress because it took over an hour to download!
Since I use apex launcher the only things that stand out so far are the home/menu button and the quick settings. Might revert to Sense for a bit to see what it's like.

FWIW I'm loading up 4.2.2 as well, looks like the final roll out is underway

Weird, still nothing for me here.

Are HTC updates always this sporadic coming out?

What does home button long press do?

You can configure it to open the ... menu, replacing the menu some apps had at the bottom of the screen as well.

That's pretty cool. how do you open the multitask thingie? also is it possible to configure the HTC Logo to do something?

Double press home brings up multitasking. HTC logo can be configured as a button, but it requires root access and only the top half of it works.

Dropped my phone pretty bad on sat night, details and pictures to come. Spoiler: pretty mad at myself and disappointed in the build quality.
