Yeah so I tried my luck tonight without an email in hand.
The guy was perfectly nice but couldn't help me out as the sales team work 8am to 8pm and they are the ones processing the deal. Without a code I was a lost case.
Anyhow, emails are incoming tomorrow morning.
Those of us who ordered a 128gb model will get a code for a 64gb handset now, and another code for a 128 gb device later on, which I suspect might be able to be used for two purchases as a sort of apology
netsujit: Lucky you. I guess I ordered after you and got the estimated dates as 9-10 November. It's a relief that's the delivery date. I was under the impression the dates they have provided is the shipping date.
Hopefully... they'll send out by 2nd or may be 3rd November. Fingers crossed
Sorry, didn't mean that to come across as rubbing your nose in it, just wanted to point out is was a delivery, not shipping date. What time did you order? Mine was around 5:30pm.
I would guess delivery would be well before the estimates, assuming they ship on time.
I'd Just like to say a huge thanks to MF (especially with collating that email list), GZ and 2dm for putting up this offer. I ordered my 64gb Graphite yesterday on a plan, and it was super simple and quick.
As above, an enormous thanks to MF, 2Degrees and Huawei for organising this deal!
I called through this morning to arrange everything, before getting my email, and since I am a current customer I was able to do it all and they had everything ready to go.
Just to clarify for everyone, "priority access" to the handsets means access to order them as opposed to having them delivered, they will be available on 2 November (Monday). So no shiny new phone for the big family event this weekend but that's no big problem!
Super pumped for next week and receiving my shiny new toy!
Tried this morning to place an order for 64gb Graphite with my code on 2degrees website but it seems the website is still having the issue and i could not place the order.. Maybe 2D will get the website working soon...

Secondly, we accidentally sent a small number of emails out before the 64GB Graphite units had been loaded into our on-line store which takes half a day or so. Please bear with us and everyone will get their emails tomorrow and we'll update this post as soon as they are live for ordering.

Just placed my order for a 64gb on a plan. I was hoping to get Frost but Graphite will be fine. I will just get a white case if I want white. Because I had less then 3 months remaining on my current plan I was able to upgrade at no extra charge. In the end Im getting a better plan (1.5 GB over 6 or 800MB) and a better phone (coming from the M7) for pretty much the same monthly fee.
Unfortunately the lady I spoke with was unable to give me a delivery date as they are on back order. I hope its not too far after the date specified.
