Wipeout: After nearly two weeks, my phone hasn't even left the Harvey Norman store in Henderson. I am so pissed off.
What's more frustrating is that I have to call them to follow up on what is going on. If one of my clients had to chase me for something, I would not have a job.
Brad, the manager, has spoken with Samsung NZ about my issue (3 button recovery mode) on Friday. They will be looking at why some phones come through with this function, why others don't. In the mean time my external card problem issue has not been fixed.
I am so sick of both Samsung and Harvey Norman. I pretty much want the refund for the phone and never deal with either company, ever again. What a bunch of useless cretins.
That's disgraceful - I'd be calling their NZ head office and demanding a loan unit at the very least, or a full refund.
