Don't you have to redeem the watch at https://giftredeem.co.nz/ ?

When I ordered from NL, on the table they had a printed document for internal staff stating the details of the promotion. All handsets will be delivered on the 11th and no phones will be given out before the 12th. I tried my luck to see if it could pick it up today but was told the same thing as the document. Watches need to be ordered once you have the phone since they are tied to the IMEI number.

Think of it like purchasing a ticket for a movie that releases worldwide on the same day

Who actually walks around taking 4K video in the dark?

Each to their own but I prefer a lot of the Huawei images in the comparison video.  You seriously saying you don't see the zoom on the Huawei as a redeeming feature over the S10?

People who bought it for its low light capabilities? ie you? Unless you didnt buy it for stabilised video ;-p

Honestly the Zoom is the least impressive feature to me, thats just OIS and EIS or AIS depending on the manufacturer and a quality lens.

The green tinge to photos is a major concern as I dont want to have to fix in post prod, but Id hope Huawei fix this in time.

As for PWM somebody asked, yes, for some people its a SERIOUS issue as they cant view displays that use PWM as it causes cluster headaches, oh yay let me check my txts its my hourly time to get a cluster headache ROFL.

For people who did want good 4k stabilised video, a better UI, better looks and weight, equal daylight photos without green tinge, then galaxy s10 is by far the better phone, thats pretty obvious.

If you want low light photos that also give green tinge during the day to some scenes, and optical zoom is important (or creepster mode lol) then the p30 pro.

If there werent so many serious issues to the P30 pro and given its weight for a 4300mah battery only, Id jump on it too.

I have a feeling NL phones, headphones and watches will take weeks to get out to people/

I have shot about 1500 photos and hundreds of videos with the P30 Pro under different lighting and never notice any green tint issue.

I never notice any screen flickering issue at all.  Wonder how many people would even notice it, definitely won't call it serious. If you are a videographer, you would know video can capture all sort of flickering issues that normal eye wouldn't even notice.

Not saying these issues don't exist. But I would say for 99.99% of normal users that don't spent hours researching for issues, they would not even know such issues exist. Certainly won't call any of them "serious" issue.

On the other hand, the zoom + ridiculous lowlight performance are unmatched by any phone right now, quite likely remain so until the Mate 30 Pro comes out. The phone also runs a bit more responsive and launch apps faster than even the Mate 20 Pro. It also feels great and also light for a 6.5" phone with 4200mah battery

Low light video quality is also very impressive.  Not beating any large sensor camera, but for a phone, it's amazing.

Perfect phone? No, all phone have minor issues and things can improve.

But it's hard to argue it's probably the best phone out there especially for people want the best camera.
