Ratez: I feel for customer service.

Why are we hounding them before the official release date?
Phone them on the release date.

They have my number set to port on the evening of the 6th - two days before release.

Only reason I am is I placed the order Thursday last week, and I haven't received an order confirmation.  I did receive an 'order accepted' automated email at 2am Sunday morning, several days later.

I just want confidence that my order is underway!

Courier Post just put a small, unknown package on my doorstep according to my security system. Hmmm

There’s no way they’d deliver without a signature, right?

False alarm. My partner had ordered something I wasn’t aware of. Drat!

She's playing with your new phone bro. It's the old switcherydo with the decoy package.

If it is coming from 2degrees, I just looked at the nzpost tracking app & it says `signature not required' for mine

I got a message from my wife around 8:30am that my whole order has been delivered, including the TV. Unfortunately I'm stuck in the office until 2:30pm 😢 On the upside, it was indeed "Next Day" delivery as they stated!

Vodafone, right?  What day did you submit your order originally?

Interesting.  I put my order through on the 23rd but ordered the 1 TB Ceramic White S10+. Hope there isn't a supply issue with the 1 TB phones.  (Would have guessed this would be the least popular model.)

I ordered on 26th from VF and have not even received confirmation email as yet. I have spoken with them twice about other matters and on each occasion I asked them to check whether the order was extant in the system and they assured me it was.
