Never thought I'd hear that this year. Finally an upgrade on glass strength. Not by a huge margin but considering there's been little improvement over the Years I'll take it.
Still "preparing order." Guess it won't come before Waitangi Day now. Almost should have ordered from a shop instead of Samsung but wouldn't have got the same price offer.

I'd be kicking up quite the fuss by now.
I don't feel it's reasonable that more action hasn't been taken. I'd politely but firmly insist a supervisor attends to it.

What did you order again and did you also buy other stuff with your order other than the freebies?
It shouldn't be taking this long, of course.
2 x 512gb S24 Ultra via the Samsung EPP. Nothing extra other than the freebies that come with it (case, screen protector, power adapter). Asked on the live chat a couple of days ago and they said they can't give any update until there's a tracking number. Dithered over it for a week so didn't order until 24th so I knew we'd would be down the pre-order queue and didn't expect to receive it last week, but would have expected some movement now that it's over a week since ordering and they started shipping last week. Will try and get onto them again. Both are the Samsung exclusive colours so wonder if there is less stock of them and the standard colours might have been quicker.

Ah, that makes more sense then. They should be able to give you more of an update than what is being given. Perhaps ask 'I am wondering if it might be more expeditious to cancel this order and go to a retailer instead' :)
It wouldn't be so bad if you knew they were waiting on stock of your colour even though that would still be annoying, at least you wouldn't be wondering if the order is just orphaned somewhere.
The delay is certainly weird and without any reason.
Not trying to pour salt on the wound here but I also ordered on 24/01(Grey) at around 3PM with the freebies, nothing extra, dispatched on 25/01 received it on Tuesday 30/01.
I'd definitely hit up Samsung about it.
Ok got an actual update now. Turns out the exclusive colours are shipping from 07/02 so all going well they should arrive by end of next week. The standard colours were shipping from 26/01. Confusing as my order summary shows "shipping from 26/01" but I should have just gone back to the pre-order page and seen the screenshot below. Annoying but at least there's an answer now, and could have saved a week of wondering if the order was lost if I'd got that answer sooner.

Actually the green shows shipping from 26/01 but the blue and orange (we both got blue) from 07/02.
Annoying that they don't ship everything as it becomes available.

The screenshots in the OP shows the blue color shipping from 26/01, Samsung must have updated the the shipping dates.
Maybe there was less stock of the blue or it was more popular than anticipated and we'd have been in the first batch if ordered earlier.
I'm in the same boat, ordered the blue, mine is still 'preparing order'
