I ended up cancelling the order, re-ordered the Green colour, literally one hour later my order is 'awaiting dispatch'!  So you're right, they have no Blue and Orange until next week...I'll be happy with the green...

Nice one. Not keen on the green personally so happy to wait another week now I know the order hasn't gone into a black hole and they are just awaiting stock.

Jerry: "Scratches at level 7 with deeper grooves at level 8."

Never thought I'd hear that this year. Finally an upgrade on glass strength. Not by a huge margin but considering there's been little improvement over the Years I'll take it.

So what boggles me is how some of the well known You Tubers are still getting micro scratches on their screens ( albeit these guys dont protect their devices ) but say they baby them and that happens on such strong glass as JerryRig already proved, something not right with these moronic YT reviewers!!!

It's not an EPP code. It's a regular preorder code for use on Samsung NZ.

My one didn't work with EPP. I'm pretty sure you can register on the EPP as well.

No, the pre-registration offer code does not work on EPP.

Any one else noticing washed out colors on the s24 ultra coming from the iPhone it's quite noticeable....

Apparently there's a bug affecting the vivid color option where actually does nothing

Samsung are aware of it and software update should fix the issue

Some say bug, some say it's the way they're handling colour gamut on their new devices.  The over saturation of phones has been an increasing problem over the years.  I'm fine with the scheme on my S24U, can't see what people are complaining about, but then if it is actually a bug maybe i'm not impacted.

I thought I was imagining it!

Glad to hear there is a fix coming.

I received a code from Samsung. I bought my S24U with it via EPP, which took another $100 off, along with the free 1 year Samsung Care for accidental damage.

Did you get the code through Samsung NZ or the EPP site?

Samsung sent an email to the email address the EPP account is registered under, to pre-register my interest and got the code on the day of launch via the same email address.

Interesting. I also got a code to the email address used with the EPP but it wouldn't accept it for my order.

Edit: Just tried it again out of interest and it still doesn't accept it via EPP.

Vibrating motor on the S24U is still weak, missing calls when on vibrate mode in my pocket.
